USPA NEWS - Since the start of the vaccination campaign in France, 27, 818, 355, people (The most vulnerable) have received at least one injection (i.e. 41.5% of the total population and 53% of the adult population) and 12,213,180 people have received two injections (ie 18.2% of the total population and 23.3% of the adult population). 13,643,403 people have a complete vaccination cycle.In France, the decline in the epidemic continues. The number of people hospitalized fell below 15,000, of which 2,571 are in critical care and the record for daily vaccinations was reached on Friday.

In order to specifically support people aged 65 and over wishing to be vaccinated and who have not yet been able to make an appointment, various national out-of-home systems are now deployed: • A campaign of outgoing calls from Health Insurance aimed at people over 65 who have not yet been vaccinated; • A dedicated skip-the-line number: this number is indicated in an SMS sent by Health Insurance to people aged 65 and over who have not been vaccinated. Anyone aged 18 and over can now make an appointment. New slots will be put online every day on dedicated platforms.  New professionals have been authorized to vaccinate since May 12: - Physiotherapist masseurs; - Nursing assistants; - Childcare auxiliaries; - The ambulances ; - Holders of "level 2 team first aid (PSE2)" training, which will include in particular civil security volunteers; - The maieutics students.
